Why can I not select an event option?
The most likely cause
The option probably does not meet the minimum requirements for selection yet.
What to check first
- Confirm the option has at least one arrangement attached to it.
- Confirm you are selecting the intended option and not assuming two options can be selected at the same time.
- Confirm the event is still the right event and account context for the work.
Why BloomBoard blocks selection
Option selection is meant to represent the proposal path your team is actually carrying forward. If an option has no arrangements, BloomBoard treats it as incomplete rather than selection-ready.
What to do next
- Add at least one arrangement to the option.
- Review the option contents and totals.
- Try selecting the option again.
If you only need a close variation, duplicate the existing option and then refine it. That is usually faster than rebuilding the proposal from scratch.
