Sign in and switch account access
When to use this
Use this page when you are trying to sign in the right way or move into the correct account after login.
Supported sign-in patterns
BloomBoard supports more than one sign-in path, including:
- email and password
- Google sign-in
- linked accounts that support both
What happens after login
Login responses can include both user details and subscription state. That lets BloomBoard route the user either into the product or toward billing recovery if access is not active.
Account switching
If a user belongs to more than one account, they may need to switch into the correct workspace after login. The account context determines which events, teammates, and billing settings they can see.
A note about email verification
Email verification is soft, which means users are not blocked from access just because verification is unfinished. That may change for certain features over time, but it is not the same thing as a billing block.
If the product looks empty after sign-in, confirm the current account context before assuming the login itself failed.
