Why is my subscription blocking access?
Start with the current subscription state
Access can change if the subscription is new, past due, cancelled, or expired. The first step is to confirm which state the account is actually in.
Common patterns
none: the account has not completed subscription setup yetpast due: payment failed and the account is in grace periodcancelled: the subscription has been cancelled and may be nearing the end of the current termexpired: access has ended and reactivation is needed

- Confirm whether the account still has grace-period access.
- Resolve the payment issue or restart the subscription flow.
