Why can a teammate not access the right account?

The most common reason

They are either not a member of that account or they are signed into the wrong account context.

What to check first

  • Confirm the invitation was accepted and did not expire or get revoked.
  • Confirm the teammate is switching into the intended account after login.
  • Confirm the role level allows the action they are trying to take.
  • Confirm the seat and account access are still valid for that workspace.

Why this happens

BloomBoard supports multi-account access. That is powerful, but it also means a person can be authenticated successfully while still looking at the wrong workspace.

What usually fixes it

  1. Re-check membership or invitation status.
  2. Switch into the correct account.
  3. Review the teammate’s role and billing-backed access.

“I can log in” and “I can access the correct account” are not the same thing. Treat account context as a separate check.
