Why can a teammate not access the right account?
The most common reason
They are either not a member of that account or they are signed into the wrong account context.
What to check first
- Confirm the invitation was accepted and did not expire or get revoked.
- Confirm the teammate is switching into the intended account after login.
- Confirm the role level allows the action they are trying to take.
- Confirm the seat and account access are still valid for that workspace.
Why this happens
BloomBoard supports multi-account access. That is powerful, but it also means a person can be authenticated successfully while still looking at the wrong workspace.
What usually fixes it
- Re-check membership or invitation status.
- Switch into the correct account.
- Review the teammate’s role and billing-backed access.
“I can log in” and “I can access the correct account” are not the same thing. Treat account context as a separate check.
