Branded emails
When to use this
Use this page to style the emails BloomBoard sends to your clients on your behalf — proposal invitations, invoices, brief requests, reminders — and to know exactly what a client sees in their inbox.
Everything here lives at Settings → Branding → What clients see, with a live email preview beside the controls.
What changes with branding on
- The header opens with your identity, in one of two styles you choose: your logo, or your studio name set in text. The header sits on your background color with your ink color.
- Buttons and links inside the email use your accent color.
- The footer carries your own line — most studios use their name and city, up to 300 characters. The “Powered by BloomBoard” chrome is gone.
- The sender name is your studio’s name, plain — clients no longer see “via BloomBoard” next to it.
The one thing that stays
The sending address still ends in bloomboard.io. Most email apps show
only the sender name, so clients see your studio’s name; the address behind
it changes in a later release. Client replies go to your business email as
they always have.
Setting it up
- Go to Settings → Branding, open the What clients see tab.
- Under Email header style, choose your logo or your studio name. If you choose the logo style without a logo uploaded, the page points you to the brand kit to add one.
- Type your email footer text — it saves as you type, and the preview alongside updates to match.
- Check the preview. What it renders is what the next email sent to a client will look like.
Styling applies to emails sent after you save. Emails already in a client’s inbox keep the look they arrived with.
