Why is the Analytics page locked?

The short answer

The account-level money reports under Analytics (the rail item was called Finances until September 2026) are part of the Studio plan. On other plans the page shows what they offer with an upgrade path instead of the reports. One exception: once stages are switched on for your studio, the Enquiries view is available on every plan, so a Core studio opens Analytics with that tab live and a note about the money reports.

What is and is not affected

Only the account-wide reporting is plan-gated. Every event still has its own Finances view: the reconciliation strip, invoices, payments, and the wrap-up that closes the books all work on every plan. What Studio adds is the across-the-business view: cash today, performance history, pipeline, and tax exports.

What to do

1. Check your plan under Settings → Plan & billing.
2. If you are on a trial, Analytics is included while the trial runs.
3. To keep it, choose the Studio plan; the reports fill from the event data you already have.
