Why is the Finances page locked?
The short answer
The account-level Finances reports are part of the Studio plan. On other plans the page shows what it offers with an upgrade path instead of the reports.
What is and is not affected
Only the account-wide reporting is plan-gated. Every event still has its own Finances view: the reconciliation strip, invoices, payments, and closeout all work on every plan. What Studio adds is the across-the-business view: cash today, performance history, pipeline, and tax exports.
What to do
- Check your plan under Settings → Plan & billing.
- If you are on a trial, Finances is included while the trial runs.
- To keep it, choose the Studio plan; the reports fill from the event data you already have.
