Multi-account and team access

When to use this

Use this page when a person works across multiple BloomBoard businesses or when you are inviting teammates into a shared workspace.

Core idea

BloomBoard treats each account as a separate business workspace. A single user can belong to more than one workspace through account memberships.

Roles

BloomBoard supports different role levels, such as owner, admin, and staff. Those roles affect who can:

  • invite teammates
  • manage roles
  • handle billing
  • remove members

Invitations and switching

Invitations let a person join another account without creating a second login. Once they belong to more than one account, they can switch account context and work inside the right business workspace.

Why this matters

Correct account context affects everything from event visibility to billing and permissions. If someone is in the wrong workspace, the rest of the app can look empty or incomplete even when nothing is broken.

If a teammate says “I cannot see the event,” confirm the account context before assuming the data is missing.
