When to use this

Use this guide for the very beginning: creating the account, the first minutes inside BloomBoard, and what the trial does and does not include.

Step-by-step walkthrough

Start the free trial

Registration starts a 14-day free trial with every feature switched on and no card required. You are signed in immediately and a short onboarding wizard captures the basics about your studio. You can leave the wizard and resume it later; your answers keep.

Verify your email

A verification email arrives right away. You are not locked out while unverified, but a banner reminds you, and during the trial the Smart features (such as image generation) ask you to verify before they run. The banner and the dialog both offer a resend.

Follow the getting-started guide

After the wizard, the getting-started guide lives behind the dashed circle in the navigation rail. It tracks six real milestones, from creating your first event through sending a proposal, and checks them off as you actually do them. Hide it any time; you can restore it later from your Profile settings.

Watch the tour when it suits

A 15-minute tour video is pinned above the guide, and stays available from the play button near Help & Support even after the guide retires. It is entirely optional and never blocks anything.

Choose a plan when you are ready

Choose your plan shows the Core and Studio options with a days-left pill while your trial runs. Prices include VAT where it applies. Your work is safe either way; if the trial runs out first, everything you built is waiting when you subscribe.

What the trial holds back

The trial is single-user: team invitations unlock when you choose a plan. Everything else is there to use with real work, which is the best way to know whether BloomBoard fits your studio.

Registering from a plan link on the website preselects that plan later. If you were invited to an existing studio instead, follow the invitation link and you will land directly in that account, with no trial of your own needed.
