What this feature does
BloomBoard provides folders inside event options so your team can keep files organized around a proposal or execution path.
You can use folders to:
- group venue photos, reference files, and floor plans
- move files between folders as the event evolves
- tag files for easier retrieval
- keep related uploads together under the same option
Key things to know
- Folder nesting is supported, but deep structures should still stay practical.
- Bulk file moves are supported for cleanup work.
- Soft delete behavior helps preserve recoverability when something is removed accidentally.
- Storage usage is tracked at the event option level.
Build a folder structure that matches how your team actually works. Too many tiny folders can slow people down as much as no structure at all.
