When to use this
Use this page when an event has enough uploads that you need stronger structure than a flat file list.
What this feature does
BloomBoard provides folders inside each event so your team can keep files organized around the job.
You can use folders to:
- group venue photos, reference files, and floor plans
- move files between folders as the event evolves
- tag files for easier retrieval
- keep related uploads together on the event
Key things to know
- Folder nesting is supported, but deep structures should still stay practical.
- Files move one at a time, so tidy as you go rather than saving cleanup for the end.
- Deleting a folder offers an undo, but the undo restores the folder itself, not its contents. Move files out before deleting a folder you are unsure about.
- Storage usage is tracked per event.
Build a folder structure that matches how your team actually works. Too many tiny folders can slow people down as much as no structure at all.
